Which countries do you ship to?

We only ship to the United States; other countries need to place orders on our other websites.

Note: We don’t currently ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and P.O BOX Areas

How long does it take for delivery?

Our shipping time frames depend on the final destination of the shipment and vary depending on the shipping method you select. The free standard shipping takes 3-7 business days in addition to 2-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and ship (except for pre-sale products).

Note: We are not responsible for lost items that show as delivered and/or signed for if required.

Note: Days are business/working days. Delivery during holidays may be delayed. (Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.)

What do I expect to receive by email?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order and once your order ships; you will receive an email with a unique package tracking information. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into “My Account”, or track the status through the 3rd party website.

How will my order be shipped?

We offer free standard shipping via USPS. We also provide paid services via UPS and Fedex.

Note: You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

Do you have shipping options?

If you have special needs for shipping, we also provide a variety of options, including free and paid services.

Note: we can’t change the shipment address once the product is shipped out from our warehouse.

How long does it take for the tracking number to be active?

It can take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.

 

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
