It is recommended to store the power station in a dry and cool place . There is a risk of electric shock if the product is wet or exposed to water.

How to check if the power station is compatible with your electronic device?

Step 1 : Please check the power and peak power of your electronic device . Look for the information in the label / instruction manual / user manual of the electronic device or search for it online . Step 2 : Locate the output port of the electronic device and determine the power rating of the port . For example : The power rating of the product’s AC output port is 500W but the power rating of your electronic device exceeds 500W . The power station will shut down automatically for overload protection.

Why is there noise while the Power Station is in operation?

Powerlife 500 power station uses an air – cooled system and a fan is used to dissipate heat inside the station. It is normal for a slight noise while the station is in operation.

Is it normal for the charger to heat up while charging?
