This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state (or by country or province). Other than as permitted by law, MONERGY does not exclude, limit or suspend other rights you may have, including those that may arise from the nonconformity of a sales contract. We provide a “limited warranty” for purchases on monergytech.com starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair/replacement.

Replacement/Maintenance Exclusions
Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product’s warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
The customer voids the warranty if they:
- Flash the firmware of a device or root a device.
- Open the body in an attempt to fix the device.
- Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product.
- Non-quality related issues
- Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for.
- Free or refunded products
- Lost or stolen products
- Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes.
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers.
- Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage
- Not able to provide valid proof of purchase
- Non-registered product on our website within 30 days after received the product.

- Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price and sales channel.

How to claim your warranty?
Step 1 – Contact our customer service team to give a detailed description of the failure and cause, also send a clear photo or video of the products.
Step 2 – We or the manufacturer’s technicians will evaluate the repair solution, including remote diagnosis, provision of accessories, and return for repair/replacement, etc. In some cases, a compensation solution may be used instead.
Step 3 – If the product can only be returned for repair/replacement, we will provide the return address. Please assist us to send the package back to the designated address.
Step 4 – Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer.
Step 5 – The replacement product warranty period can be extended by 3 months based on the original warranty period.
Note: If the product has exceeded the warranty period, or the product is damaged due to the user’s wrong operation, it will not be eligible for free repair/replacement, however, customers can pay a fee for the repair, and the shipping fees of return will be the customer’s responsibility in such cases.
